Economic Initiatives. The Economic Development Authority (EDA) of the Virgin Islands has concluded that the best safeguards against economic catastrophe involve a fundamental restructuring of the USVI economy. Broader diversification will ensure that the economy is less dependent on any single industry base, can produce well-paying jobs, and provides new sources of revenue so the territory can better manage future challenges. Crystal Blue Operations aims to provide infrastructure and space to support these initiatives.

Crystal Blue Operations is poised to contribute to the diversification,
employment, and economic goals of the territory through its investment
in Charlotte Amalie and the downtown area of St. Thomas.

Commitment to Revitalization. Prior to hurricanes Irma and Maria, and the Covid epidemic, there were signs of increased demand for all real estate development types, including retail, residential, and commercial. Crystal Blue Operations plans to meet many of those needs, creating opportunities for residents and visitors alike.
