18 Dronningens Gade
TOPA Building
Located on the 4th block of Main
Street, the TOPA Building is the first
downtown commercial property
acquired by TOPA Properties’
visionary founder, John E. Anderson,
in 1980.
Stretching from Back Street to Main Street, this architectural marvel is stepped down the hill, creating a unique “divided” effect. Its open-air landing and exterior staircases not only enhance its visual appeal but also invite you to explore history when stepping inside.
