Upon completion, Bankhaus will offer 6,200 square feet of commercial office space, serving as the headquarters for Crystal Blue Operations and employing about 30 local residents in various management and administrative roles. This project is expected to significantly impact the economic landscape of the St. Thomas Historic District by providing local jobs and opportunities for professional advancement.

History of Bankhaus. Dating back to 1844, this property boasts a collection of original structures full of historical charm. The property features gardens and open terraces, showcasing authentic Danish brickwork. The structure itself features generously sized gallerias, emphasizing the utilization of open-air spaces to capture the Caribbean breezes from nearby harbor of Charlotte Amalie.
